You must be 18 years of age or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction, to register and wager. Age verification (KYC) is mandatory. Minors are strictly prohibited.
Each user may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited. All balances are held in PKR by default. Transfers between accounts are not permitted.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements, maximum-bet limits during bonus play, game-contribution rates and expiry dates. Winnings from bonuses exceeding stated cash-out caps will be adjusted accordingly.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between netpkr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with or uses any service offered at https://netpkr.cam (the "Website").
netpkr is an online sports betting and live casino platform designed for users in the Pakistan market. The Platform provides betting markets for cricket (including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral series and other international fixtures), football, UFC and a range of live casino products. All balances, odds and financial thresholds referred to in these Terms are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless expressly stated otherwise.

| "Wager" / "Bet" | A stake placed by a User on an outcome within an eligible market available on the Platform. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The minimum aggregate betting turnover a User must achieve before Bonus Balance or Bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. |
| "Self-Exclusion" | A voluntary restriction mechanism by which a User requests that their Account be suspended for a defined or indefinite period. |

Registration and use of the netpkr Platform are subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering, you unconditionally represent and warrant that:
netpkr reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, residential address and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
To open an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Website, providing at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and preferred currency (PKR). You are responsible for ensuring all registration details remain accurate and up to date.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one Account. Where netpkr identifies duplicate Accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate Accounts will be closed and any Balance therein may be voided. The original Account may also be subject to review and suspension at netpkr's discretion.
4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. netpkr will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security. You must notify netpkr immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account by contacting support via the Help Centre.
4.3 KYC Documentation. netpkr may require the following documents to complete identity verification: a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address (dated within 90 days), and in certain cases, evidence of source of funds. KYC documents must be submitted through the secure upload tool within your account dashboard.
4.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or the Help Centre email. Any Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you after standard withdrawal processing checks, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding bonus obligations remain active.
5.1 Currency. The Platform operates primarily in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies may be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, less any applicable conversion charges.
5.2 Payment Methods. Available deposit and withdrawal methods are displayed within your account dashboard. Payment-method references visible on this Website (including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are provided as familiar Pakistani payment context only. netpkr makes no representation that any such provider endorses, facilitates or supports gambling transactions. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to change.
5.3 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are stated in PKR within the cashier section of your account. These thresholds may be amended from time to time. Current illustrative minimums are provided for reference only — always check the live cashier for operative figures.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund the Account where technically possible ("same-method rule"). netpkr reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are provided as estimates only.
5.5 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals will not be processed: (a) where KYC verification is incomplete; (b) where an active Bonus with outstanding Wagering Requirements is attached to the Account; (c) where a withdrawal would result in a negative Real Money Balance; or (d) where the account is under review for suspected fraud, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by netpkr. The Platform reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected arbitrage, odds errors or unusual betting patterns.
6.2 Odds. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed on your bet slip at the time of confirmation are the odds applicable to your wager. In-play odds are especially volatile; always confirm the displayed odds immediately before placing.
6.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes. Where an odds or market error results from a manifest pricing mistake, system error or human error, netpkr reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes. netpkr is not liable for any losses arising from erroneous or technically corrupted odds.
6.4 Match Abandonment and Void Bets. Where an event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules displayed at the time the bet was placed. Generally, if an event does not commence or complete within 36 hours of its scheduled start, stakes will be returned.
6.5 Live / In-Play Betting. In-play markets are offered on selected events including Pakistan cricket (PSL, ICC T20, bilateral series), football and UFC. In-play bets are accepted at netpkr's discretion. netpkr may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during play, due to technical requirements or significant in-game developments.
6.6 Maximum Winnings. Maximum single-event winnings are subject to per-event and per-day limits as displayed in the cashier or notified to you at bet placement. netpkr reserves the right to impose individual user limits without prior notice.
All promotions, bonuses, free bets and other incentives offered by netpkr are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotional term and these Terms, the promotional term shall prevail in relation to the specific offer, unless stated otherwise.
7.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses carry a Wagering Requirement expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x). The Wagering Requirement must be satisfied in full before any Bonus Balance or Bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering Requirement thresholds and illustrative examples using PKR amounts are provided on the homepage and on each promotion's individual terms page.
7.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus. While a Bonus is active on your Account, a maximum single-bet stake applies. The operative maximum is stated on each promotion's terms. Placing bets in excess of the maximum permitted stake during a bonus period may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and all associated winnings.
7.3 Game Contribution. Not all games and markets contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. The contribution percentage applicable to each game type is detailed within each promotion's terms. Sports bets at odds below stated minimums may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses and the associated Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time period stated on the relevant promotion. Any unused Bonus Balance and un-met Wagering Requirements are forfeited at expiry.
7.5 Maximum Cash-Out. Bonuses may carry a maximum cash-out cap, meaning that regardless of actual winnings generated from a Bonus Balance, the maximum amount withdrawable from those winnings will not exceed the stated cap. The Real Money Balance is not subject to the Bonus cash-out cap.
7.6 Bonus Abuse. netpkr reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend or close Accounts where evidence of bonus abuse, chip dumping, use of automated betting software or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit promotional terms is detected.
netpkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that support Users in maintaining control of their play. The Platform operates an 18+ (or higher where required) policy with zero tolerance for underage gambling.
8.1 Available Controls. All registered and verified Users have access to the following responsible gambling controls via the account dashboard:
Reductions to limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before coming into force.
8.2 Self-Exclusion. Where a User requests self-exclusion, netpkr will suspend the Account and cease all marketing communications to that User for the duration of the exclusion period. Winnings accumulated prior to self-exclusion remain accessible subject to standard KYC requirements. Requests for early reversal of self-exclusion are subject to a mandatory 24-hour reflection period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any Balance:
Where netpkr suspects or identifies any prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to take immediate action including, but not limited to, withholding withdrawals pending investigation, voiding affected bets and referring matters to relevant law enforcement authorities.
All content on the netpkr Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, is the property of netpkr or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the services offered. This licence does not permit: (a) resale or commercial use of the Website or its content; (b) collection and use of any product listings, descriptions or prices; (c) derivative use of the Website or its content; (d) downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of a third party; or (e) use of any data mining, robots or similar data-gathering and extraction tools.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, netpkr, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
11.2 netpkr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, technical failures, third-party service disruptions or force majeure events. netpkr is not liable for any losses arising from such unavailability.
11.3 The Platform provides information about sports betting and casino games for entertainment purposes. Nothing on the Website constitutes financial, legal or professional advice. Users bet at their own risk and acknowledge that gambling involves a risk of financial loss.
11.4 Where netpkr's liability cannot be excluded by law, total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the Real Money Balance held in that User's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
netpkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided to registered Users via email or an on-site notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with the Account Closure procedure in Section 4.4.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
Users in Pakistan are reminded that online gambling may be subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and other applicable Pakistani legislation. netpkr makes no representation regarding the applicability or enforceability of these Terms under Pakistani law. You agree that netpkr shall not be required to appear before Pakistani courts or governmental bodies in connection with your use of the Platform.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Users are encouraged to contact the netpkr support team to attempt informal resolution of any dispute. netpkr will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.
