Once activated, self-exclusion takes effect within minutes. All active bet slips at the time of exclusion are settled normally, and any Real Money Balance may be withdrawn after standard KYC checks, even during the exclusion period.

Important: Requests to reverse or shorten a self-exclusion period before its minimum duration has elapsed will not be actioned. A mandatory 24-hour waiting period applies to all re-activation requests following expiry of the exclusion period, so that the decision to return is made with a clear head.
