6.1 Service Providers (Data Processors). netpkr engages third-party service providers to operate the Platform. These include: KYC/identity verification providers; payment processing infrastructure; fraud detection and AML screening services; cloud hosting and data storage providers; customer support tooling; and analytics platforms. All such providers are bound by contractual data processing agreements that prohibit them from using your data for any purpose other than performing services for netpkr.
6.2 Legal and Regulatory Disclosure. netpkr may disclose personal data to competent regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies or courts where required by applicable law or in response to a lawful court order or governmental request. The netpkr Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older — or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction. netpkr does not knowingly collect, store or process personal data belonging to individuals under the applicable minimum age.
If netpkr becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person below the minimum eligible age, that data will be deleted promptly, the Account will be closed and any associated Balance may be forfeited in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
If you have reason to believe that a minor has registered on the Platform, please notify us immediately via the Help Centre. netpkr takes underage access extremely seriously and conducts mandatory age verification (KYC) on all accounts prior to withdrawal processing.
